The main series is the new XS1000 series, featuring the XS-1100, XS-1500 and XS-1800. All three produced in deep sub micron technology, enabling them to lower time delays considerably, and to reach effective computing frequencies of well over 30 GHz. The well known XS-800 LP series features low power Shotkey interface diodes, enabling them to function at an input voltage of only 0.3 V, and at as low as 0.2 mw heat dissipation.
